Bio Note: I live in Seattle, but grew up in the Bay Area. Went to school in England for a year. Graduated from San Diego State. Love that place. Great film classes with Tom Nelson. Philosophy with Ray Jordan. I think Ray passed on. Relocated to the cool northwest because I'm made of cloud and was drying out in the southwest, but don't get me wrong, I love the heat! I avoided publishing for a loooong time, just wanting to enjoy writing on its own. But publishing began to have its benefits both professionally and personally.
Coming home from shoplifting, something in a hedgerow caught my eye, and reaching in I found a plastic sword, like Arthur and the Lady of the lake, so I pulled it out and held it in the light, not knowing yet who Arthur was nor the kingdom I would rule.
Patience is My Weapon
This day will never have a date. How is that possible? you ask. Better to ask, where are we? Feeling the breeze from a door opening somewhere before we are anywhere you could point to and say, here—
The rocks throw their long shadows down the beach Crank up the technicolor and the strings I feel you but I can’t see you yet I take the incoming waves on my hands so know that I am building the most beautiful home in my mind for the day you arrive
